this Great Fun rebate on buy.com purchase

Anyone sent in the "up to $25 cash back" rebate offered by Great Fun, a discount club, on buy.com purchase and got the rebate? This sounds phishy to me.

i am still waiting for my $25 check also. i just sent them an e-mail last night. my purchase is about a month ago.

The problem is that it's not $25. They never said $25 rebate, They said "UP to $25 cash back" in all occasions. This makes them look phishy to me. But I sent the rebate in anyway.

yea this company is nothing but a big headache. beginning of this month, i ordered a 6800 vanilla from them because of the cheaper price. i used a $15 off coupon also.

when my item hadnt shipped after a week, i cancelled that order and got another one from outpost (outpost is awesome....had it at my house in 1 day!!). i got a cancellation email from them saying my order will be cancelled. the next day i check to see if it really cancelled the order or not...and wtf! they cancelled my coupon and shipped the card at original price. WTF?! :|

i vote with my wallet and i vote agaisnt buy.com

Great Fun itself seems legit, they sent me my 'membership card' and the welcome package, although i haven't actually used it yet. just have to remind myself to cancel before the two months trial period ends, or they will charge me $9/ month for their coupons.

LOL. cancelled the coupon and shipped the card. that's funny. I hope you get it straigntened soon. My order has no problem so far (I didn't cancel it)

you're right, i didn't notice that. i always assume that it's going to be $25 if the purchase is more than $25.

They could send any amount that is less or equal to $25. I just hope they send at least $10.
