This good ram?

You could save a lot by going with Corsair Value Ram. You wont notice any difference in terms of performance, but you will save plenty of dough.
 
XMS is good quality memory. Spend the extra for it and avoid anything with "Value" in its name.
With the 3200 XMS, you should get to a FSB of 220-225 without much problem. That would put your 2.4C running 2600-2700.
 
I use that RAM in one of my machines. Very pleased with it. I run PC3700-XMS in my other, and LOVE it.
