"This episode contains 'conversation?' of same sex marriage. Viewer discression is advised."

This is the warning they just gave before The Simpsons started a minute ago.. anyone see this? How rediculous of a society have we become?

heh.

you'd think they'd put a warning to tell people that the simpsons is so stupid watching an entire episode will lower your IQ. or something like that 😛

Many parents don't want their kids converted by the new "its cool to be gay" fad. That warning is necessary.

It's not fad. Being gay will be cool forever!

I somehow suspect that the producers put it there to be funny... You know, since all other Fox shows have some kind of disclaimer. And failed. Just like they always fail at being funny these days.

No. The whole show is about gay marriage. It doesn't bother me and my daughter is watching. Woopde-doo.. but the episode is totally NOT funny because it's so obvious the writers had an agenda.

I don't think they should've ratted out Patti Bouviette as gay. Sort of spoiled something. And talking about Lenny and Carl being "closet gay" sort of spoiled that inside joke. It's as if they're wanting this to be the last episode and getting everything out in the open, like Comic Book Guy's real name.

Funny that they haven't done anything with Mr. Smithers yet.

Why are children watching the Simpsons in the first place? It's not a children's cartoon.

Personally, I don't give a sh!t if a program contains converstion or even portrays same sex marriage.
