This enough to cool my Tbird 800?

I just ordered the MSI K7T Pro2A w/ Athlon Tbird 800mhz and it comes with a Tai-sol (CEK733092) heatsink and ballbearing fan. Is the Tai-sol enough to cool my cpu down if I overclock to 900mhz?

I have the same heatsink, and it cools my Duron 950 to 28 degrees celcius (I have a 92mm blowhole blowing right on the cpu.)
