I hope the rescue services send him a hugh jass bill for saving his life.

In reality what will happen is that he will sue the park service for failing to properly warn patrons about the dangers of going over the rail. The hat maker will be named in the lawsuit for failure to take into account prevailing weather situations, that may cause the hat to be dislocated from a fat head. In addition, he will sue the manufacturer of the railing for not putting the rails close enough together to properly prevent a reasonable person from getting through. And lastly the lawsuit will name all of the people who assisted in his rescue, for causing him undue duress by taking so long to retrieve him from his precarious postion.

The lawsuit will be settled out of court, and the fvcking dumbazz will be a millionaire. 🙂
