You really don't believe that do you? Look at the way the guy is holding he dog. He is manipulating the dogs leg from underneath out of sight.
 
The guy isn't manipulating the dog's leg, there is another person who is moving the turn table, the dog just has his paw on it. That is why you cannot see the top of the one for the dog. But I still chuckled...
