Apparently, it seems that a lot less Democrats have gone to vote in the Texas Primary elections today. The current results show a lot more votes cast in the Republican Gubernatorial Primary, when compared to the number of votes cast in the Democrat Gubernatorial Primary.
Furthermore, with 28% of the votes in as of 8:33PM March 1st, Abott is leading with 67.9% of the total votes cast in the Republican Gubernatorial Primary. 67.9% of the votes are currently for about as of 8:33PM. Abott is facing 7 other candidates, currently Huffines is at 13% and West is at 11.2%.

On an interesting note is the Attorney General race, which has a chance of going into a runoff. The current incumbent Paxton will either have to face-off Guzman or Bush in May. The race between Guzman and Bush to be into the runoff is tight.
