This.. crazy laptop..

Very unimpressive. The Alienware Area51 7700 is much better. You can get a 3.8GHz P4 instead of that puny 3.4. Plus RAID 0! 😛

Seriously, that whole idea of a Suckscott in a laptop is rediculous. Ha reDICulous. Ha. Ha ha. Get it, because its sitting in your lap....haha.....crispy fries.....haha.
 
I've got a Clevo D900T based laptop (almost indentical to a Sager 9860), with the non Ultra version of the 6800 Go, and it lasts ~1:30hrs on battery. You make jokes, but folks, these are DTRs. They aren't meant to be portable, and battery life is of little concern, for the most part.
 
How about buy a WAYYYYYYYYY better kick a$$ system for HALF the money and TWICE the screen size????

Yeah thats just stupid, besides you mite aswell get the one of the sagers with a 7800GTX, 100gb 7200RPM hdd and a Athlon X2 (its not actually releasd yet only the versions with P4 and centrino are out) but even that is over the top. Then again if you like buying expensive paper weights (that all it will be in a year or so) then go ahead.

The P4 version is shipping but the P-M version is not... Its a preorder to ship the 28th. If my dell order didn't go through and they don't give me 30% off of the reorder, i will probably go that route and get a system with the same specs as my sig except that i will have a 7800 gtx go and not a 6800 for ~$100 more. I will go that route if dell screwed me... $2,589.00 with an extra 1 gb of ram to be exact. And even then, i would have payed over $3000 with out discount so the sager is a way way way better deal but i wanted complete care and some other stuff so i got the i9300. If this order doesn't go through, i will get the NP5720-V in a freaking heartbeat.
