This couple (esp woman) is absolutely bat-dropping crazy. **TRAINWRECK continues!**

I do not blame anyone that has been skeptical and cynical. There is plenty of precedent to warrant it. But these two are the engineer and conductor on the crazy train. And it derailed and wrecked in Lulzville .

I don't even understand how it got this far. Usually people this crazy self destruct long before becoming successful business owners.

And how do they continue to keep this place open and drawing customers to the point of having to repeatedly turn people away? Are people just going there to see the train wreck at this point?

It's the husband enabling the crazy wife.

She didn't get that far at all.

He made money in real estate.

The train wreck is the combination of him throwing his money at her.

wow! the story gets better and better every day!
LOL Hell yeah it does. This is me since the whole thing started.

I KNEW he reeked of dirty money. Hopefully justice is served.
Wow drug dealing and threats I guess the guy is a real gangster. It might explain why his restaurant is open. He could have had bags of money stashed somewhere.
If the guy is not allowed to enter two main European countries why was he allowed into the US. Does he have citizenship since he married Amy or perhaps they are not married.

He "neglected" to add details to his papers when coming into the country. Might have paid someone off too.

She is being harassed like no other online. On their Yelp page, there are 300 filtered out reviews and 3100 removed reviews. And there is still a lot of harassing reviews on the regular page that Yelp has yet to be removed.

Usually I think Ramsay's too over the top with his dramatics over food but I was really hoping he was gonna punch that asshole right in the chops..

If you watch closely, he only actually yells at people that need to be put in their place. Those that want help and are absorbing advice he's actually pretty nice to.

more than 3500 illegitimate Yelp reviews removed now. If that isn't harassment then I don't know what is
Sounds like they're making some long-suffering Yelp employee suffer more than the restaurant owners.

They're back to faking their own reviews.
The much anticipated grand reopening was just as I remember it when I ate there last time, EXCELLENT! !!! Nothing goes better with Amy's delicious pasta than all that delicious red wine I consumed while there last night. I guess people really don't know good food and I can tell you all that Amy's is the place to get great food. If your going to complain about the price then this place isn't for you. Thanks once again for the excellent food Amy and Sam. I'll be back in Sedona in August and plan on coming through again. A++++

Like they made an honest mistake? would you enjoy working for a manager or supervisor that blew a gasket about any little thing?..

I've watched a few episodes, and it seems like he only gets irate when people are just downright bad. It isn't like he'd go on a screaming match if you forgot to put the onion in a dish, but rather if you tried to lie to your customers (serving frozen food when it's described on the menu as "fresh") or doing things in a potentially dangerous way (increase the growth rate of bacteria, etc.). For example, I recall him getting on one restaurant about how they defrosted their meat in water versus naturally letting it thaw in a fridge. You would assume that cooking the meat kills the bacteria, but I guess it's still just unsanitary?

Its not really the bacteria itself that causes issues...its literally their toxic shit. The second you let them get warm and cozy is the second they start breeding and shitting like mad all over your steak. Cooking does not get rid of the toxic shit. Cooling them in a fridge drastically reduces the breed/shit rate and freezing slows it even greater. Thawing on a counter or in water brings the outside temp of the meat up to high, doesn't mean squat that the center is cold. Thawing in a fridge takes longer but ensures the surface temp never gets warm enough to let the bacteria go insane on your food.
