They are an image of a CD.
Use Nero (or similar buring program), and select burn image.
Or you can use alcohol 52/120% and mount the image.

as the link says:

Various programs use this extension; too many to list individually. Take clues from the location of the file as a possible pointer to exactly which program is producing the file. The file's date and time can also help if you know which programs you were running when the file was written.

if it is actually an image file, the .cue file should usually be included if you plan on burning the image to a CD, etc.

I'm using Roxio, actually. I've got one .bin, one .cue, and one .sfv. Do I create a disk image out of these three (i.e. all three of these to one .iso?)

The .cue just directs the burning program to the .bin file. You can still burn an image without it. The .sfv file can be ignored or deleted, as it contains no data important to you.

Just select burn image, and it should default to looking for the .cue file. Select it, and then hit burn.

Ahhh... cats.

It appears Roxio supports only .iso or .cif files when "Recording a disc from Image..."

...grr.

You only need the .bin and the .cue to burn your image. For simple burns I like to use a program called Fireburner although you can use Nero or Alcohol to burn your images too.
Fireburner is easiest... you click on the .cue file and it pops up the program, slide in a disc and burn away! :D

You can get a free trial verson of Nero to burn it, or a free trial of Alcohol to mount and/or burn it.
You cn also get the basic Nero version for about $6, so well worth it IMO.

Never used Fireburner, so don't anything about it.

Yeah... I used to have Nero... but it was a package bundled with my old CD-RW drive... and then I bought a DVD+/-R/RW drive... came with Roxio. It isn't bad... but... due to the nature of my problem... it quite clearly isn't that good, either. It also has a reputation for burning some CD's... and not others... even if they're just plain Data CD's. It's... uh... finicky.

Yeah. Well, Nero it is, then. Isn't it version 7 now?

Just remember, if you like it, give the developer what they earned.

The sfv file is there to make sure nothing is missing or corrupted. You can find hundreds of free sfv checkers online.

What the hell are .bin files?

Its an image, to use it you will either have to:

Burn it onto a CD/DVD using Alcohol 120%(Image Burning Wizard with correct format, each image is different)

Or

Mount it on Daemon Tools.
