this computers acting weird!!!!

Ok guys.. i got this computer.. was running fine for 2 weeks.. then all of a sudden it wont turn on. The fans wouldnt spin or anything. So i replaced the power supply.

Now the fans turn on and the mobo light is on.. but the light in the front of the computer.. the power button, just blinks like 2 times a second... And the computer doesnt boot up. The monitor wont even turn on. I changed the cpu out for another one and it does the same thing.

any idea?
 
i took everything off it...

even the cpu.. hard drives.. 3d card... just the mobo and the psu... the lights still blinking..

bad mobo?
 
it just has continuous power too... just mobo and psu hooked up and i plug it in.... its on.. it wont shut off with button =/
