Electronically it will, but I tried to put a Toshiba Wireless MiniPCI card into a IBM T30 and it recognized it just fine, but I could not get IBM's Access Connections software to recognize it. I tried Toshiba's client manager software with no luck there either. Of course this was in W2K. If you are running XP you could probably use whatever card you want as XP has it's own client manager software.
