Like I said earlier, what's the point in any type of art on the card, my x800XT PE as some monster picture on the fan but since the card is face down, you never see it. Anyone wanna elaborate on this.

The better it looks, the faster it runs. Whether you can see it is irrelevant.

Just like Ghz is everything to do with speed, the earth is flat and people dont lie.

If something looks good/sounds fast, you are more likely to buy it if you havent got any idea about the facts behind the product.

Still, I wonder if the edges are sharpened ? If one were to poke oneself in the eye whilst examining the card, I could see a frivilous lawsuit filed due to no warning stickers on the card indicating the sun 'effects' were a hazard to your vision.

1) Buy ghey card
2) Poke one's eye good and proper
3) File lawsuit

This card is 100% noob catcher. Eye candy will always sell a SH!TTY card. I feel sorry for the first time buyer that buys this card cause it looks cool. Hey if a car looks like a hot rod does that mean it will perform like one?:roll:

The thread is titled, "This card is gay" not "Let's bash political sigs." Keep it in PMs or the wasteland known as P&N as I don't go there. Don't get defensive when someone says you're wrong, it's not like I bashed Nvidia or something. Try some of that Xanax yourself, and unwad your panties while you're at it.

That card would look pretty nice in one of those poofed up retro Godzilla theme cases with all the christmas lights.

Not sure why you took the potshot at the Japanese. AFAIK tacky case modding is as big in the U.S. (if not bigger) as anywhere else.

 
My post wasn't meant to bash any race.I realize that type of modding exists jsut about everywhere.
It's origins can be traced though and it's highly reminiscent of cheesy Godzilla movies and those cheesy animations.Much like foreigners refer to U.S. Americans as "cowboys"
Again.it's not a personal insult,just some lighthearted humor thrown in for good seasoning.
