Wouldn't pay more then a grand for that brand new, now. $200 discount for a refurb and from TD? Not worth it.

I haven't really been paying attention as I already own two HDTV's and I'm out of the biz.

Your best bet is probably Best Buy B&M - 12% coupon

Dont forget that with this tv, same as with a Front projection, there is a bulb that will need to be replaced every 2000-3000 hours or so.

IMO if your going to be replacing bulbs still may as well get you a Optoma H72 HD front projector for Under $900 and a 100" screen for under $100. You can fit 4 of these 50" tvs on a 100" 16:9 screens, just to give you a size difference, and it can project up to 300 inches if you want.

Just some food for thought considering if you buy ANY LCD or DLP in a box it uses a bulb same as a front projector, and will need to be replaced, and in most cases will cost more then a front projectors bulb as well, and are stuck at what ever size it is you buy.
