Depends, do you know what OC your 2.6c is capable of reaching stably if ram wasn't in the equation?

If your 2.6 cpu can only do 3.12 gig like mine, you will end up using 5:4 divider then underclocking this memory to 192...
What are the timings for this ram if you run it at 192?
