I quote captain Picard mention this to Q last night on TNG. The whole verse is quite good, here is another exerpt:

That's the one where they're on that planet and Q tempts Riker?

Wesley Crusher looks like an idiot as an adult in that show. Q is cool though.

May not be a Shakespearean quote but I like this quote from Star Trek: First Contact myself, it's after Picard smashes the glass and one of the model ships with the phaser rifle:

No!
We've made too many compromises already, too many retreats.
They Invade our space and we fall back, they assimilate entire worlds and we fall back, not again, the line must be drawn here!
This far no further!
And I will make them PAY for what they've done!
