Heres a weird behavior. I was remotely logging into my R50 to set up a website using wamp for a demo. I went to sleep kept the machine on whole night. Next morning when I go to use it, the freaking numlock is stuck. So certain keys on the keyboard now prints numbers instead of the letter. The numlock light is on on the display. Here is what I did to fix it:

1) Pressed the numlock key plenty of times - gently ofcourse
2) let the computer run on batter to complety shut down
3) Remotely logged back on and released the numlock on my desktop hoping that would have the same effect on the laptop.

To me it seems the logic that controls numlock feature is turned on and cannot be turned off - the keyboard button is probably just fine.

No positive results. This is weird, the machine works just fine and I dont plan on separating from it.

Any idea what might rectify this situation? The machine is not under warranty to I dont mind taking it apart, but since a hassle I would like to do such only if it is possibly helpful to do so.
