I am tired of my hair style and I am thinking of cutting it shorter.

If I want my hair cut like this, how do I explain it to the hair cutter person? Is it like a #2 all over? Am I making a mistake?

Here is me a few weeks ago. I now have just a goatee. I know...old ass dude. :Q

<edit>I did it! Not quite as short as Jack Johnson, but It is way shorter than it used to be. I just got it cut today.</edit>

They allow you to take in a picture.

And remember how it looks depends on your hairline, if you dont have the right hairline that cut will just make you look balding, or receding, or like your hair comes to a point if you even have an uneven front

just buy a shaver for $10 and take care of it yourself. It's VERY idiot resistant. I won't say idiot proof though, because some of the guys on here would manage to ****** it up.

Dont' do it. Or if you really want it short, do it in stages so your scalp can get some sun first. Otherwise, you'll just look bald with a bleached head. And like the previous person said, it also depends on your hairline.

I tell them "keep it dark, even all around... tight edges." but i go to a black barbershop. I guess you wanna take it down to like a 2, so just tell em that.

I suggest doing it yourself too. That's what I do.

Hair is such a p.i.t.a.

Women like to rub the shaveness too.

Hair always grows back. I went with a #2 on my head for the first time this summer.

Go a barber and ask them to do it all over even but be sure to tell them to trim down on the necks and sideburns so they don't look all funny. Kudos to ya man.

why not just print out the image and take it in? but yeah, that does look like a number 2 or number 3 blade.

my wife does mine. she cuts it down to about 1/4th inch

i want to go with no hair but she won't let me heh
