Thinking of going for a new cologne... w/ poll!

I've been looking at a few, checking out basenotes and whatnot, but some of them are fairly new. Wondering if anyone has any experience with any of these:

Armani Acqua di Gio - very popular of course... been thinking about it, but maybe i'd like something a bit more original

Armani Mania

BOSS Selection - can't find many thoughts on this one since it's fairly new. Anyone have experience?

Bvlgari AQVA

Kenneth Cole Black

Polo Black

Corduroy - I know nothing about this, but it sounds lovely.

Currently I've been using GAP Blue, but I feel a change is in order. (I'm single now!)

Any others I should check out? Of course I'm going to drag a close female friend along to try some out, but i'd like you all's feedback too.

tough call... i love both aqua di gio and polo black, i am torn every morning on what to spritz on me...

i say get both... LOL... but if i had to choose... hmmm... i think i would i would lean towards polo black... its newer and unique.

It's the best cologne ever made and women will always drool over it... the originals are always the best.

Acqua Di Gio and Cool water come in close and 2nd.

Scentiments is awesome! Sometimes their testers even come w/ a cap and nice box... lol.

I've been buying there for years also and you can really score some deals.

Yea, when i first came across em like 5-6 years ago maybe even longer, i thought it was fake. Sure enough, they ROCK. They even are located right near when I went to high school (suburb of Ft. Lauderdale) so i get all my packages speedy quick.

To tell the truth, most of those colognes suck. Aqua di Gio and Cool Water are both synthetic pieces of crap. It's a tradegy that they've become so popular because people don't realize you can get much better and more versatile colognes for the same price.

I assume from your selection that you're younger and looking for something light and fresh. Allow me to introduce you to a few of my personal selections.

John Varvatos by John Varvatos - My absolute favorite. Fits all situations.
Envy by Gucci - Sex in a bottle. Heavy on the patchoulli.
HM by Hanae Mori - A light chocolate smell with some citrusy undertones. My summer casual/work cologne.
Chrome by Azzaro- Just a light, clean cologne. Nothing too remarkable about it.
Be Delicious by DKNY - Apples and coffee. Another light, summer type cologne. Many people like this one.

The list can go on.
