Thinking of changing my major...

Right now I'm majoring in CS. I missed the last month of one class so the teacher failed me,(Long story about what happened.) or I would have my associates at the local College. Honestly though, programming is getting boring as hell, and I dont think I can see myself doing this for any length of time. And besides that it seems CS degrees are a dime a dozen these days. What are some other degrees I could transfer to? What all is involved in EE? What are the job opportunities like?

Go for something you have interest in, not just what jobs are open

There are is a long test that people (a company) can do called an aptitude test. It's really cool, beacuse the good ones will pretty much show you what kind of job you would be good and happy at in certain fields. And no, it's not like those crappy internet tests which don't tell you anything at all. It's talking to an ex-shrink for about four or five hours, but I've heard the results are really amazing.

where can i read about what type of jobs I can get with a certain degree? Hardly anyone I know went to college, so I have no idea what is out there.
