Could anyone suggest a good motherboard that could accommodate the following hardware peripherals...

Intel P4 3.0GHz Processor
1024Mb DDR RAM
160Gb HDD
256Mb Graphics
24bit Sound Card
6 USB Slots
48 speed DVD-RW
56k PCI Modem
PCI and standard slots.

What socket type of P4? LGA775 or 478?
Does your graphic card use an AGP slot or a PCI-E?

Planning to overclock that P4? What price category...?

EDIT: These all support DDR and DDR2, your P4, a PCI-e graphics card... Some can overclock very well, others a bit less... You will probably find something you like...
