Thinking of a new car 300HP+

I have had an A4 2.0T for the passed 4 years, great car .. only 200HP though, but I am not unaccustomed to cost of german, not an issue...as I plan to get an extended warranty, and I tend to treat my cars like a new born baby.

I would not mind an STI, but the ride is pretty damn rough. What do the 20k-25k G35's push stock?

I am white, no Asian in here, haha. I am just a big fan of foreign cars! I might just wait and try to snag a cheaper 2008-2009 135i with CPO!

Get a new Moostang and slap BMW badges on it.

Seriously though, Ford is head and shoulders above GM/Chrysler when it comes to quality. I mean, assuming reliability is the reason you're shying away from domestics... if not then I can't help you, you've basically described an American car with your criteria.

And this is coming from a guy who has only ever owned Japanese cars.

2013 Ford Mustang V6.

Manual - check
Under 25k - check
300+ HP - check
25 mpg highway - check

The only downsides are you will constantly wish you had gone for the V8 instead, and it's not the most practical car (but it's not totally impractical either). Even so, the current V6 makes more power than the previous V8.

I too was going to recommend the Mustang but then after seeing their driveshaft being as thick and hollow as my exhaust pipe...:whiste:

No wonder they are snapping in half at unprecedented number

I've never heard of that issue. The V6 versions are snapping driveshafts?
