firewall, i'm not to sure about, but most likely will

to setup dhcp or domain, you can do it through manage my server. which will let you add different server rolls. Or you can do dcpromo for active directory, domain and dns setup. For dhcp, you have to go into the control panel add/remove programs to install it., Then from there just access the dhcp through the control panel.
 
It contains the more primitive Windows firewall found in XP-SP2 which shouldn't be a primary perimiter firewall, IMHO. If you get SBS 2k3 it includes ISA2004 which is much better.
 
the better question is WHY congfigure DNS. What are you trying to accomplish

It's required for AD, but the default config supplied as part of the promotion process. It should have root hints too (iirc) that work fine.
