Thinking about preordering a E6600 from MemoryLabs, Any thoughts?

I'm putting a lot of thought into just going out and preordering from MemoryLabs today, on the phone they said atleast they should have the E6600 tomorrow and be shipping it.

Anyone else order any of the Conroe chips from there or have dealt with them before?

I'm a little skeptical, just trying to find the fastest way I can get the E6600 just like everyone else, but I don't want to ridiculously overpay either. I know ZZF should have them Monday as well, maybe I should wait.

Then again they all might not be getting them in until August 7th so I'm not sure.

Anyone have any prior experience dealing with MemoryLabs? Their website isn't of the best quality, and I have never dealt with them before, they are offering a good price on the E6600, but then again I'm not sure how many they will be getting in either.

I kind of just want to get on a preorder list so I can wait, but if its better to just try to time it right and order at the right time I might do that.

I have ordered memory through them...It arrived on time....

What price are they listing??? There are plenty more reputable places to buy from that I can think of that are not gouging at this moment....

Where D? I want a 6600 now.....maybe even a 6700 cause I'm worried about low multiplier...

memorylabs is selling for$335 and MonarchComputing is selling for $345, I don't remember exactly, but shipping isn't much at all for either. I'm debating preordering, just to get my name in there, I just don't know how far down the list id be, or if its worth it trying to time it right with ClubIT or ZipZoomFly.

I have all of the parts for my computer now, motherboard coming on Tuesday, I just want my CPU!

Any thoughts?

Well I paid 340 for mine but shipping was 11 bucks..not happy about that but those seem decent if you can keep shipping in the 6-7 range....

Ill probably order from my fav, mwave when they have the bundles stocked... no hurries really with a 3ghz 3800 and breaking down my water cooling is such a PITA...so I can wait.

I ordered form Tankguys.com...They give me Conroe ETA updates quite often and they said they wont ship out until Aug 7th since INtel has requested that from ALL of the retailers....

I was just looking at Tankguys, any idea if I ordered now if I'd still get one with the first shipment they received or if it will be awhile? I know they have been accepting preorders for awhile now, so I wasn't sure if its worth it or not. I was just at the site looking at ordering one from there.

Look up user name Tankguys in this forum...PM him and he will be straight with you....I think he still has available slots in the first shipment, but you should ask him first hand...
