If your asking for suggestions than I wouldn't recommend you get one. Personally I would only get a tattoo of something that really meant a lot to me and also something that no one else has

it's obvious that he highly respects our opinions on the matter and we should all give him ideas on how to beautify his body.

I suggest a band of egyptian heirglyphics (sp) forming a band around your bicep. You know, the "walk like an egyptian theme" - that would be so COOL!

I used to like Melrose Place...

I'd feel like quite a tool if I had a tatoo of some stupid TV show I used to like 10 years ago on my body.

I have a Skulls and bobwire wrap around my right bicep. I think it looks cool as shat when I pump iron 😉

 Try getting a tattoo of male genitalia where you obviously don't have any.

Yeah, here's a suggestion: DON'T DO IT!

you're ruining it. the boy needs encouragement!

How about jean luc picard on one shoulder, and captain kirk on the other

If you have to think about getting a tatoo instead of just getting it... you really don't want it. Modern society just has you thinking you do.
