I'm planning on building another system in a month or so...looking at this to start with:

Shuttle XPC Barebone System for Socket 754 AMD Athlon 64 CPU, Model SK83G

- Specifications -

CPU Support: AMD Socket 754, Athlon 64 HyperTransport
Chipsets: VIA K8M800 / VT8237
Memory: 2x 184-pin DIMM DDR266/333/400
IDE: 2x ATA100, 2x SATA with RAID 0,1
Graphics: UniChrome Pro 3D Graphic Controller
Expansion Slot: 1x PCI, 1x AGP 8X
Audio: Realtek ALC650 6 channels audio
LAN: VIA VT6103 10/100M LAN
Extension Bay: 1x 3.5", 1x 5.25"
Front Panel Ports: 2x USB2.0, IEEE1394, Audio Ports
Back Panel Ports: 4x USB2.0, IEEE1394, LAN, 2x PS/2, Audio Ports, VGA, COM, S-Video
Power Supply: 240W (PFC)
Dimensions: 11.8" x 7.9" x 7.3"

Does anyone know of these are easily overclockable? If not, I might have to piece together my own mATX system..I'm also not sure how well that 240w power supply will hold up..

The thing might be like those older K8T800s that didn't have AGP/PCI locks and overclocked poorly. Regardless, overclocking in an SFF case (probably even in the slightly larger Antec Aria) might not be advisable, because you have less space to install a cooler and less room to dissipate heat.

[[I've been speaking from conjecture and other things I've heard; I don't have any experience with small boxes like these.]]

I might just go for another mid-tower..I'm really liking the small cases, though.
