Thinking about a Shuttle mATX barebones system..

I'm planning on building another system in a month or so...looking at this to start with:

- Specifications -

Does anyone know of these are easily overclockable? If not, I might have to piece together my own mATX system..I'm also not sure how well that 240w power supply will hold up..

The thing might be like those older K8T800s that didn't have AGP/PCI locks and overclocked poorly. Regardless, overclocking in an SFF case (probably even in the slightly larger Antec Aria) might not be advisable, because you have less space to install a cooler and less room to dissipate heat.

[[I've been speaking from conjecture and other things I've heard; I don't have any experience with small boxes like these.]]
