Think you're better than the French?

The French military salute

France just purchased 650 new main battle tanks, they one speed forward and six speeds backwards.

All kidding aside, I personally do not have any hatred against the French people, I just don't care for their anti-American sentiments.

Don't know any French personally so I really can't say. I do know that some of you who have posted in this thread are pathetic losers and that it's pretty hard to imagine a Frenchmen or any other person of another nationality being worse than you.

Depends on what grounds we are speaking? They have some of the best food around, but I wouldn't want to be in france if another war broke out...

I think in several ways, the French are smarter than us. Not regarding their socialistic government, but at the minimum, regarding their decision to invade Iraq.

I happen to have several French friends and as one of them said, "It is true that I don't shave my legs or under my arms, I WAX." Thats hot.

I don't like their government, and how America is moving slowly towards that rape-me-up-the-ass socialist taxes. Same with immigration. Both the US and their governments are such pussies about it.

Perhaps they don't care for your anti-french sentiments?
Chicken and egg problem....

I went to France a couple of years ago and it was nothing like what you hear about or see on TV. When I was over there, they were just chill and doing their own thing. The people were nice, the food was good (and not always fancy like you'd encounter in a "French" restaurant in the US), and they had an awesome train system.

If anything, French engineering was pretty damn good, with beautiful architecture, impressive designs like the Eiffel tower, and trains that cruised around at 186 mph. You don't find trains like that in the US (and no, Acela is nowhere close).

During that time in the US, the Iraq war was just starting, and in the US you were taught to believe that the whole world was on edge and ready for war. In France and the rest of Europe (except England), it was perfectly calm and you'd just see the news about the US starting trouble.

Don't believe what you see in the media, since there are ulterior motives at work. See it for yourself.

. I was in France last November, and except for one bad encounter at a small cafe, everyone is very friendly there.
