Think this is a heat problem?

I have two cards Radeon 9500 and a GF4 ti4200, in games (bf1942, sc4)- both cards just soft crash out of games to the desktop after a short period of playing. I backed both card down to near default speeds but games still seem to crash. I have one of the early Enermax cases with two thermo control fans (one intake, one blowing out) and a slot fan under my card. The case resides in one of those desks with an enclosed cabinet for the case (I leave the door open though).

Original setup (No Problems)
GA-8SRX 512MB PC2100 CRUCIAL
1.6A @ 2.1GHZ 80GB WDSE 40GB SEAGATE
GF3 TI200 2X FANS 1X SLOT COOLER
300W ENERMAX PSU
2X LAN CARDS

NEW Setup (Heat problems?)
GA-8SRX 768MB PC2100 CRUCIAL AND MUSHKIN
1.6A @ 2.1GHZ 80GB WDSE 40GB SEAGATE
R9500 2X FANS 1X SLOT COOLER
300W ENERMAX PSU
2X LAN CARDS

Have you tried running the new setup with only 512MB of RAM - am I right in thinking that you've added 256MB? What are your temperatures when running full load?

For the SC4 issue, do you have AA and/or AF turned on in DirectX? If so, try checking the box to "Application Setting."

Had an issue with SC4 with AA/AF being turned on, the game would start to load the map then crash to the desktop.

I definitely would not put my case inside one of those cabinets door open or not, they just don't let it breath well. Looking at your config I wonder if the Crucial and Mushkin aren't playing well together? You might want to reduce to one brand of ram and see if it resolves the problem. It could be a faulty stick too so running memtest on 'em wouldn't hurt if it comes to that but I would start with using the single brand and then single stick of each to see if the stability improves first.

Why not try taking them down all the way to stock values?

If you are going to overclock, know that there are going to be issues. If you are having problems, the first thing you should do is back down your overclock to stock values and see if the problem persists. You are, in essence, pushing hardware past the performance level that the manufacturer has stated it will run at. What did you expect?

Take the card down to stock speed. While you're at it, take your RAM and your proc down to stock values too. If your problem persists, then you have an issue that we can begin to help you with.

Thanks guys! I found out my CPU needed a little more voltage to run at it's 30% overclock. I just forgot to select it after my recent format.

Ram works great now, and my overlclocked cards don't soft crash to desktop anymore.
