Think Ron Paul frightens the establishment?

Hardly, how about the man who coined the term Capitalism itself? His economic critisisms went so far beyond Adam Smith whole nations of the elites still to this day whisper his name in fear of their people finding out his words and use his very name interchangably with satan itself. But how much do you actually know yourself? Probably more read then the holy bible.
As rampant capitalism consumes itself dare we look to the past for answers that have been there?

Whole empires have risen and fallen using his name, ideaologies created. Yet the man himself despised it all. What is it about his words that today still ring so true? Try the red pill, we all know there is something very wrong, and noone will confront it.

looking forward to the shitstorm this will cause in the US, what could be more r controversial and misunderstood? Hopefully it creates realistic debate about out problems, *disclaimer* Marx's philosophy I have issues with (as I am a Bakunist libertarian -Marx enemy who tejected his authoritarian philosophy of tyranny of the worker instead of democracy) -but his ECONOMIC critisisms are more relevant then ever though.

Interested in what exactly old comrade Karl was saying before the movie comes out? The first part of this cartoon deals with slavery and then serfdom throughout human history, then how it became what we know as capitalism, the end part is when the guy is in the factory, the crux of the profit motive and exploitative aspect and the basic tenet of marxs critisism of capitalism as the worker realizes he is being used.

And therein lies the rub.

The fall of the USSR was the best thing to happen for socialism in a long time, and probably the worst for capitalism, as now it has no one to be "better" then, see how now unchecked it consumes the working class and concentrates wealth to the top? The "ideas" need competition also. 🙂

Don't count the red team out so soon, the permanent revoloution is the history of civilization itself whenever mankimd resists concemtrated wealth that becomes exploitative it is with us, do you have a mortgage? Then you know what it is to be owned by a explotitive system that can do as it pleases, this is still serfdom, the freedom to give a chunk of your labor to support your master or starve while they fatten themselves off your labor. "thats just the way it is" is the words the masters like hearing from obident workers since the dawn of time.

Rothbard once said that Adam Smith isn't really a stalwart of laissez-faire capitalism. I think the reason he's identified with laissez-faire is mainly because he wisely rejected the pro-mercantilist thought so popular in his day.

I think it's useful to understand that the history of creating societal terror of Marx is rooted in the old European plutocracies who absolutely did not want the masses revolting against the tyranny - for good reason as the Czar found out a bit later. Not because 'Marxism' was bad, but to protect their power and wealth.

All the powers could easily agree on that, which is why the brand new USSR was invaded by those powers - including the US who sent Marines - right after the revolution.

You don't have to agree with anything Marx said to appreciate that history, which continued in the US through the McCarthy era, always the wealthy class fighting it.

Kind of ironic that the absolute best improvements for workers in the history of the US are directly caused by the Marxists pushing for worker improvements.

FDR made those improvements as compromises in the face of growing socialism.

But with the election of Nixon and then Reagan, the wealthy retook control of the political direction of the country, and this 'middle class' nonsense is getting changed.

Middle class to reach 5 Billions in 2030
Yeah capitalism will kill us all, which is just a fancy term for the natural economic activity of man.
The main defect of capitalism is that it seems to produce ungrateful and spoiled twats who think that wealth falls from the sky.

I love supporters of communism. I guess 50 million dead (and that's a lowball) just isn't enough.

do you have a mortgage?

Did you choose to get the mortgage? Were you not free to make that decision or not to make that decision?

Then you know what it is to be owned by a explotitive system that can do as it pleases, this is still serfdom, the freedom to give a chunk of your labor to support your master or starve while they fatten themselves off your labor. Marxism fails for one basic reason. It caters to a flaw in the human psyche: the tendency to blame others for your mistakes and problems.

Everyone is being used. Taxation is being used. Government spending is being used. Earned Income Credit is being Used. There are not enough married taxpayers to keep the American Sluts in free government money. Unmarried Mothers get money thrown at them by the government making married taxpayers their slaves. When some woman lives with a guy rent free, the IRS should make them have to pay taxes on their payment-in-kind for free room and board as a prostitute. This idiocy has to stop. People are just choosing not to get married because the Government is paying them. They are government prostitutes.

What does this have to do with Marx? He himself said "I am no Marxist" By your failed logic Jesus is personally responsible for the crusades, the inquisition, and slaughter of native americans across the continent even though he himself was dead ages before people used his words for inhuman justifications. Ignorance knows no bounds in the mind of partisan tools.

If you wish to critisize the totalitarian perversion of Marx that Lenin, Stalin, Trotsky and Mao created you will find I agree, I doubt you have any knowledge of these subjects either though seeing your endless hackery in here.

Ironic, your last sentence is why American style Capitalism is currently falling. Rand was a flake, not a Prophet.

FDR also kept people unemployed.

10 reasons why even democrats, liberals and progressives are choosing Ron Paul over Obama

1) Ron Paul supports decriminalizing marijuana and ending the War on Drugs 😛😛😛😛😛
2) Ron Paul supports the freedom to choose what you eat and drink, including raw milk
3) Ron Paul would seek to eliminate FDA censorship of the scientifically-validated health claims for herbs, nutritional supplements and natural remedies
4) Ron Paul would shut down secret military prisons like Gitmo
5) Ron Paul is anti-war, Obama is pro-war
6) Ron Paul's wants to end the Fed and stop bailing out wealthy banksters
7) Ron Paul does not need a teleprompter to tell you what he believes, and his message has remained consistent for over 25 years
8) Ron Paul is not really a Republican loyalist
9) Ron Paul wants to legalize Free Speech (again)
10) Ron Paul wants to criminally investigate the crooks in Washington
