Hardly, how about the man who coined the term Capitalism itself? His economic critisisms went so far beyond Adam Smith whole nations of the elites still to this day whisper his name in fear of their people finding out his words and use his very name interchangably with satan itself. But how much do you actually know yourself? Probably more read then the holy bible.
As rampant capitalism consumes itself dare we look to the past for answers that have been there?
Whole empires have risen and fallen using his name, ideaologies created. Yet the man himself despised it all. What is it about his words that today still ring so true? Try the red pill, we all know there is something very wrong, and noone will confront it.
At long last: Comrade Marx

looking forward to the shitstorm this will cause in the US, what could be more r controversial and misunderstood? Hopefully it creates realistic debate about out problems, *disclaimer* Marx's philosophy I have issues with (as I am a Bakunist libertarian -Marx enemy who tejected his authoritarian philosophy of tyranny of the worker instead of democracy) -but his ECONOMIC critisisms are more relevant then ever though.
Interested in what exactly old comrade Karl was saying before the movie comes out? The first part of this cartoon deals with slavery and then serfdom throughout human history, then how it became what we know as capitalism, the end part is when the guy is in the factory, the crux of the profit motive and exploitative aspect and the basic tenet of marxs critisism of capitalism as the worker realizes he is being used.
