Not just a paradigm shift. The game plan is about empowerment. Going forward, we must focus on new metrics that are market-centric to support the mission-critical idea of taking ownership. The results of benchmarking should reflect best practices, allowing us to pick the low-hanging fruit in an attempt to recognize where we are adding value. Only then, by leveraging our lessons learned, can we achieve a win-win scenario that addresses our core competencies.
