Think my chili is still OK to eat?

It was frozen solid and simply not thawing in the fridge, so I put it on the counter about 13 hours ago. It was still mostly frozen when I went to bed around 11pm...but now it's room temperature. I forgot to put it back in the fridge.

Will I get death if I eat it?

bring it back up to a thorough simmer, at the very least.

at most, stir in some bleach.

I'd probably toss it if it were the summer, though.
