Think I might be getting scammed --- EDIT: I Am

We have been PM'ing each other back and forth, so none of this is on a thread. He has been arguing with me with the last like 5 PM's trying to get me to send the money, and I of course have said no...he keeps threatening to cancel but in reality he never shipped it. Should I try to get his address/name somehow?

Well, as another thread has made clear, just contact paypal and reverse the payment. Submit the bogus tracking and correspondence as proof.

Sweet idea! If the scammer thinks you receive units all the time and you've mistakenly assumed a broken one you received is from the scammer, and offer to return it to him for the $13, he might just go for it.

But realistically, reversing the payment from Paypal is probably easier although not as entertaining as DBL's suggestion.

He paid through paypal and he has a dispute filed. Giving the seller an email that says he recieved the package might not be the best way to win the dispute.

Look man, you can try and weasel yourself out however you want, but the fact is, you were not trying to test me, you are a scammer and you know it. You make no sense, saying 'you knew I was a scammer and you were testing me?' How did you come up with this? I guess my 44 positive feedbacks indicated I am a scammer, and your 0 feedback showed your honesty.

I don't want to deal with you again, and quite frankly, I don't believe you have an Elite, and I don't care if you do.

Oh, this also proves that we he called me on my cell phone on Wed. morning, he LIED to me. he told me on Wed. that he shipped it out.

I have PM'd a forum mod/admin on there and awaiting his response, then I will post the forum.
