think I got a problem..viahm say 2.5v is at .24! on 8k7a

mobo is a 8k7a v1.1 not oc with retail 1.2 with2 sticks of crucial cl2.5 memory,also using a crummy ati ragemaxx agp card and 1 13gb ata100 hd.Rest voltage readings seem good except the 12v is at 11.63 but does bounce around up to about 11.86.system has been somewhat stable few crashes and lockups which I thought was caused by agp card that has almost stopped now with older version of drivers for the card.I'm using the latest bios and drivers on everything else and running w98se on a clean install...thanks
