Hey... What do I know? I just never heard of a crack face, that's all. All I'm aware regarding crack is the emaciation. I know it can mess up one's life as the dealers are hooking homeless folks in the neighborhood on that shit and it is ruining their life indeed. There are other things that can cause sores, mood changes, and altered status. Seen people with kidney disease/failure or received transplants that developed several sores on their face or neck, looked gaunt or lost a lot of weight, and could be in a foul mood because the meds (or just because they felt like shit).

If you don't know, this type of drug makes you focus with incredible attention to detail to things that normally don't require that much attention. For example, scrubbing an entire floor meticulously with a toothbrush, cleaning the grout between all the tiles in the shower with a toothpick. A classic example though, is when they start looking in the mirror to try to pick at pimples. Once they get the real pimples they start scouring over their entire face and picking at every little pore, scar, and scratch. THey get obsessive and fuck up their faces by picking and picking and picking, until their faces are super fucked.
