This might be more of an Off Topic discussion, but ya, do we really need to see hashtags all over the place? I am not against social media. I have a Facebook account or 3, but enough is enough.

OT response: social media in general, and specifically with regards to "tweet with cast members live during the show!" Fuck you, just let me watch TV without having to see what some bumblefuck in Arkansas thinks about some cast member's fashion tips.

I think hashtags are pretty lame, but I like Twitter more than any other social platform out there.

People who use hashtags always seem to either be people who are noobs on the Internet (parents, grandparents, etc.) or people who want attention (re: selfies). With every word now being a hashtag due to our advanced search capabilities, I don't really see the point anymore. Even on trending topics on Twitter, it will search stuff without the hashtag sign in front of the word or phrase.
 
TV when they put the huge ass promo/display overlay over the show. Seriously i dont give a shit if gold rush is on so stop taking up 1/3rd of the screen with a promo for it DURING THE FING SHOW.
 
I don't know what to call them other than "ghetto people." You know, people with the DESIRE to speak English poorly, wear oversized shorts that come down to their ankles, listen to gangster rap, and put $10k rims on a $500 car. I'm convinced that it is a conscious decision to be like this, since I see these people of all ages, including teenagers. I hate them.

Lets just be a society. We can get along, we can disagree but the hate needs to go. I'm sick of hearing people belittle others. You are no better than anyone else and neither am I.
