I hated puppets. I thought they were boring and lame. I just couldn't understand why TV producers thought kids liked puppets and costumes as much as cartoons.

and... now you like them? :hmm:

I tolerate them. I've seen some funny Muppet stuff. Jeff Dunham is pretty funny.

Tomatoes. I gagged on them as a kid. I'm still not a big fan of just taking a bite out of a tomato, but [now] a home-grilled burger isn't complete without a slice.
THIS.

Mushrooms, Sushi, Beer, Eggs, Jalepenos. All can be awesome of course.

Still do not like onions unless cooked to oblivion and in an appropriate context. Still hate mustard. Still do not like Tomatoes for the most part (fresh cold/room temp fleshy tomatoes are not for me). Stewed tomatoes, a bit of ketchup, and even tomato soup with crackers are all pretty good imho though.

Everyone's different :)

So, what are you saying? You've got to find women who have had a lot of 2 and 3 so that they'll be attracted to you? Or are you saying that the only women you can get are the ones you're not willing to pursue until after you've had a lot of 2 and 3?

No, I'm saying once you've successfully acquired #4, then you need lots of #2 and #3. To retain your sanity.

I don't hate people. I just find their usefulness to my situation at the time very limited. As I'm sure they view me. We are...disposable daily acquaintences. IME: Childhood friends? Gone. High school friends? Gone. College friends? Too wasted to remember...guess they're gone too. Friends from various jobs? Gone. (fired/quit/dead/dropped off face of the earth, etc).

I've never counted on anyone to do anything for me; that Ship of Disappointment sailed long ago. So I really don't place value on people unless they can do something for me right now. Not necessarily "those in power" b/c they're on their way DOWN. Those that Will Be In Power are who you want to know. I've been on all three sides of the fence in my working life. It's easier for me the way I do things.

ps
Just to avoid the Sociopath Label, I have a small group of friends (some of them I've known 30+ years) that I would take a bullet for. They are a Proven Quantity. Unlike the other 99% of humanity.

Oh I totally understand where you're coming from. In fact I tend to be the same way. You definitely run into some interesting personalities in the work place, 99% of which I wouldn't trust to walk my dog much less anything else.

Just looked funny from the tone of your original post lol.
