Things to put on TV during parties?

I was looking for ways to spruce up parties at our place..and decided to maybe put some sort of winamp visualization thing on the TV. Any ideas?

I tried doing that with my laptop. The vis would only play full screen on the primary display. Maybe someone knows how to do it?

Just make the TV the primary display..there's an option for that on my Radeon 9000.

I thought I tried that back when I was first messing with it, maybe not.

DVD music Video's are usually a good bet. If I know I am going to have a party coming up, I NetFlix a couple of bands' live DVDs to put on as background noise.

music videos or sports shows, preferably of snowboarding, rally cars, etc -- just like they have at bars. Sports highlight shows are good too.

I don't think he meant he wants poeple to watch TV during a party, because that would be quite lame... i think he's looking for a screensaver type thing to put on with music
