1. find a public bathroom
2. pace back and forth in front of stalls, occasionally peeking in to identify which are occupied
3. enter stall next to one that is occupied
4. sit down and widen your stance. brush your foot up against the foot of the person in the other stall, followed by numerous gestures with your hand under the divider
5. ???
6. profit!

Learn a 2nd language online. Maybe not free but half price books has software for $10. If you can't afford $10 then you need to be finding a job waiting tables.

Also, volunteer somewhere! Old folks home, hospital, church, etc.
