Yeah, no rain tomorrow. I think the plan is to start ~11:30AM in Oakland, get lunch somewhere and drive to Muir Woods. Don't know if better to go over the BB-->GG-->101-->1 or over the San Rafael Bridge -->101-->1. From Oakland, which is better? And getting back to Oakland, same?
Should be sunny, figure we'll get there ~2:30PM, maybe 3PM, depending. I just called MW visitor center, they said 2:30PM arrival is really bad idea in summer (parking) but they think we'll manage tomorrow, being a Wednesday. I'll bring my point and shoot, figure to leave the DSLR home.
Cousin hasn't been to MW for ~40 years, and I haven't for decades. Massive redwoods should be awesome, and it will be sunny. They are open 8-5, 365 days/year.
