Yup, agree with your mini-rant.

I'm a bit more confrontational. I was running in the early a.m. in Naples FL a few years back when I watched this guy let his bulldog dump in this lady's yard. I stopped and asked him how he thought the old lady was gonna feel to see this nice pie of turd in her yard. He stammerd and blushed and swore he'd be back to get it.

I hate peeps that let their dogs crap in public.

after hiking on trail by mt. baldy, i like to stop by the creek & rest, but last couple of times i ended up picking up trash.

i see ppl brining their kids & play, then litter!!! keep it clean for your kid's kid's and their kid's ...

Man, some of those people make me mad. They feel they can litter and there excuse is "your not perfect either." Is that true? Yes. Does it change the fact that they willingly throw hundreds of butts on the ground through a year without even looking for an ashtray? No. And i think i am going to confront the next asshole that does this. Just have to make sure it isn't at work or my boss won't be happy.

Just recently in CA I believe smoking was banned from beachers, a major plus. I recently found out an old friend of mine picked up smoking (I've known him for 10+ years, he's 18 now, but I rarely talk with him anymore). I hopefully made him feel like a moron for smoking, then when he threw his butt into the street I tried making him feel like a moron again. He says he'll quit, but I'm determined to press him until he does.

Next time they do that to you. Drive about 3-4 cars length in front of them and start cleaning your windshield. Works great at night since they don't see the liquid coming until it hits their windshield.
