Things I need to be a "gangsta"?

OK, so I decided I am going to become a "gangsta" or a "Big G". However, I was hoping you guys could help me out since I am new to this whole "gangsta" biz. So, I pieced together the following list from different wrap songs. Please tell me if I am missing anything!

1. bling
2. Ho's
3. gats
4. posse
5. mad skilz

So you probably guessed I need a lot of help and got a lot of questions?

1. How much bling do I need? I mean I know I need a "lot" of bling but can you ever have too much bling? What's the best kind of bling or should I just go for one of each?
2. Where do you find ho's? Girls seem to get really, really offended when I ask them if they're one. Oh, and I want the kind of ho's that look like super-models like in the video.
3. Concerning gats, should I get a 9, 22, 38 or a 45? I'm thinking I should get a 45 because you get 7 more shots than a 38.
4. I'm accepting applications for a posse but please don't reply if you are a dork. Post your qualifications and I will PM you.
5. I already have mad skilz so I don't need any help there!
