Thin and Flexible USB cable

What's the application? Would a flat cable be sufficient? There is a definite lower bound to the thickness of a USB cable because of the number of conductors and the required insulation between the conductors.

OK, so there are really no hard requirements in terms of dimensions? It seems to me that what you're looking for is a cable with a high quality polyurethane (or similar) jacket rather than the typical PVC, which can definitely be quite stiff. I did a google search for "usb cable polyurethane" and came up with a bunch of hits. Get one as a test and see how you like it.

Hi everyone,

Am working in a SunRise LED Inc Company. This is nice post. i think the UBS cable is extremely thin. it's 2mm diameter. also it is very flexible to use.
