Doesn't seem to be very demanding on either front, however I would like to see higher resolutions for the cpu benchmark to see how it'll scale in a real world scenario...
It may just be the resolution, but the cpu scaling is just disappointing considering this is a "next gen" game
 
That seems about right.

I've only played for about 10 minutes, but I was seeing 100+ FPS with an overclocked 2500k and 7950. All setting were on normal or high and SSAA was disabled.

Strangely, if I run the in-game benchmark, my rates are in the 50-60 range with the same settings.

huh, maybe a bug, or does the benchmark run at a higher fidelity than your in-game settings?
