However this trader is getting the easy road as you more seasoned traders are caving in to questionable practices...He should pay his dues and be scrutinized (though not publicy in his thread) and likley when his stuff doesn't move can go sell it on ebay with the rest of the sheep.....

I place him on my DNT list simply for the fact he doesn't respect the heatware references I have worked hard to build....That is my prerogative!!!

When you get it, give me some nice feedback and prove everyone wrong your safe with me, i really feel like this thread is very bad, its giving me a bad reputation for nothing i haven't done anything wrong except join the forums and try to sell what I have to get money to pay bills

I agree no one should have attacked you in your thread. All comments to you should have been thru PMs...

However you seem to disregard the heatware system that was built to protect traders. Whether you are a good or bad trader you are just another noob that has weakedned the system that has been in place and working for sometime. For that you dont have my respect as a trader, since you dont respect me and many like me here who prescribe to this code. Yes it may not be a rule but it is more of a spoken code amongst us here....

By the way...would you have excepted an escrow service type deal with a reputable AT member overseeing it???

Cross-shipping is just a joke cause there are no guarantees. I have seen more deals say they used cross-shipping and one of the parties usually never sent on time. So what is the protection. Nothing...It is a mirage. So you ship first and then guy doesn't pm you back the same day with DC# (which you can't really check anyway and can easily be duped). Can you stop your package?? NOOOOOO...So what is the point....Its liek the fights you had with your brother or sister. She had your hair you are twisting her arm...you both say "now you let go firts...no you...no you...OK same time"...How many times did you get screwed on that deal!!!

You are probably an honest person, but your actions are what many of us here would have to question.

definitely dont be one of those ppl that builds heat refs and then adopts the policy of ppl shipping first...as far as I am concerned you should pay first in any item you buy until the end of time....Dont respect heatware now, never should use it then....

This code, that Duvie is talking about, is one that has been sort of respected by all who have come and gone. When i first started... i had someone speaking for me with alot of heat... and i still had to ship first to my first say 10 to 20 folks. I did so, however i spoke to each and everyone of them on the telephone and email and checked their refs. I even emailed people that were on their heatware and they supported the person. Believe me, if you have been here long, you know that you have to pay your dues here before you arent going to ship first.

Now, on to my comments. I challenged you because you seemed shifty, and your prices seemed to good to be true. I also questioned you because after speaking with Chunkee, he informed me of the whole scenario. Now, chunkee is probably one of the nicest guys you will ever meet on this or any forum. If you cant get along with him... you have some issues. I for one, will not trade with someone that he says not to trade with. Along with alot of other traders feel the same way. There are a few of us, who have made a name for ourselves and our ethics. We hope you turn out to be one of the good guys.

As for your trading here... i hope you continue. I hope you turn out to be a good trader and person and have alot of positive things to add to this forum. However, if you arent, be warned... people will be after you thru the authorities. There have been many cases where people have totally gotten in serious trouble thru the authorities after doing lots of fraudulent deals. There is no slack.

I suggest to everyone on here... if you do a deal with this gent, i would seriously consider speaking with him on the telephone, checking all of his refs, and getting as many telephone numbers as i could from him. Check everyone of them too. If he stands up to be honest... then go ahead and do the deal. Just cross your T's and dot your I's.

As for prompt and honest shipping "the proof is in the pudding" and remains to be seen, but your replies with foul language and name-calling stand on their own.

just an update, thiago emailed me early Friday that the phone should get to me Friday or Saturday at the latest. USPS came and went today and no phone.. I have repeatdly asked him how it shipped but he hasn't given me an answer. He then emailed me later Friday saying that the phone should reach me Monday at the latest. Hope the phone gets here thiago, but you're communication so far has really sucked.. I did notice that the M.O made it to you, good to know that went well.. So maybe you can answer one simple question: What shipping method was used and when exactly did it ship?

Don't forget a DC number if used..which should have been used.

that's the best part!! he emailed me that his sister in law shipped and lost the tracking number. Then on Friday his story changed a little and he told me she shipped it, checked the number online couldn't find the shipment and THEN threw it away...

Has anybody looked at his heatware refs??? 3 refs since the 25th but the thing I find disturbing is besides the one guy al the refs are from ppl with little or no refs. PPL have dealt with the same pll (coincidence??), and look at all theose email accounts...Can you say free and no way to track???

Yeah, I got the sister-in-law explanantion, too. I got him on IM and he told me he waited for my check to arrive and THEN had his siser ship it out. Oops, looks like she lost the supposed tracking number. I'm still holding ouy hope, but after an exchange like this, I am not too hopeful, and certainly NOT impressed:

first off we must be dealing with a child....Ship the damn stuff yourself!!!

He needs it by the end of the week cause he knows by then the gig will be up. He will be labelled a troll everywhere and no one will sell to him reagrdless of cash in hand...

If the stuff arrives I expect you guys to give him neatral heatware. Cross-shipping is pretty self-explanatory and he obviously violated. Make excuses all he wants, he didn't try to communicate the issues as they arose...After the fact is just that, after the fact....
