Preferred account ? How do you get that ? They tell me I have done over $35,000 there, so you would think I could be considered "preferred"

It's basically a newegg credit line. You can find the option in your account settings ;)

A preferred account is just a credit line with newegg.

We have our first issue with using 1156 coolers on 1155. The Mount for the H70 has a clearance issue with the back of the motherboard. It looks like i'm going to have to go custom with a mount because i'm sure as hell not using the stock fan.

Those Soldering points... I think thats what they're called on the bottom of the motherboard. The one is sticking out and pushing up on the mount not allowing it to be flush with the backside of the board.

do you have some kind of closed cell foam like neoprene which you can put in between the backplate and the solder points?

You really do not want to apply too much direct pressure to any solder point or you risk poping the item.

This is more of a sink problem, and something corsair needs to address.

Or a standoff b4 the backplate?
A Circular plastic ring you can put in the holes.. so its backplate.. ring.. backplate.. to lift the plate over the solder point.

Just got my tracking number from Newegg. Phew.

I'm still waiting for MC to get more stock so they can fulfill online orders. :(

I canceled my MC online order yesterday. I figured they'd just end up canceling them and didn't want to get held hostage for 30 days or whatever the policy is. Good luck.

I will post this issue over at the corsair forums. I have a custom mount setup working now so it's all good. :)

The review of the WS Revolution on HardOCP mentions this problem also.

Were up and running. 3.4 @ 26C with auto voltage setting. I see it jumping up to 1.25v and back down to .98v. I'm reloading my games then the overclocking shall begin.

you had to do a re-install?

i thought the newer intel chipsets share the same windows storage driver.
