I could see if it was just a mistake, but the scary part to me is that their system is set up to handle orders from people who specify "no meat". Why are they going there in the first place? Just for the thrill of being in a McD's?

People are fast food joints are morons, which is why they work there in the first place. I find that my orders are incorrect at least 1/3 of the time, and I never drive away before confirming contents. I pull up a few spots or have mrsskoorb check immediately, and I frequently have to turn around and ask for a correction. I receive an apology about 1/2 the time. I hope that everybody who works at a fast food joint dies.

After re-reading the title, I couldn't help but imagine some drive through where the guy on the intercom says, "Please pull up to the window and bend over." You see people pulling up and putting their butt up to the window to get it.... It would be like a drive through glory hole or somethin.

What a random thought.

"...Would you like that.. Supersized?"

Heh. Like some people said, I don't normally check the modifier list to see what was add and removed to the sandwich.

I usually do a quick take "Frys, check. Burger, check. Ketchup, check". :)

As for being picky, would you send a bowl of soup back cold?
If you ordered your steak well done, would you send it back and have it cooked longer?

Fast food iceberg lettuce is about the nastiest thing you could put on a sandwich. It tastes like dirt. Scrape it off and gimme my burger damnit.

Most fast food employees aren't the brightest crayons in the box. So.. scrape it off yourself, it's a lot easier.

I blame your local Chick-Fil-A. The chicken tastes fine here.
