People can't be this stupid. We must give them some benefit of the doubt.

You know this is something the manager wanted to do in the first place. The employee was probably extremely scared. She was a young teenager and saw the the manager and the COP on the phone as authority figures. She also didn't want to get in trouble, so she complied with the orders. (Why she went along with the felatio and jumping jacks is beyond me though.) The manager used the COP on the line to decrease his inhibitions and give him a scapegoat. The manager is worse than the jerky caller by far.
