Actually, since this is a thread about the technical issues I debated whether to post it in another forum. But since its election day, I posted it here.
This, to my knowledge, is the first thread on the technical issues involved.

It's not difficult. The problem is the regulations and validation process is so ridiculous that no one is willing to do it. And then trying to update/fix a problem is just as ridiculous.
