Tea party was pretty much over for a lot of folks once Sarah became its "keynote speaker". You see, majority of ppl don't want to be a part of any organization that's headed by dimwits.

I love all of this collectivist talk, like it's some united movement. "The People" - ohh I get it comrade.

The truth is there are dozens of subfactions within the Baggers, each with their own agenda.

It's all taxes are too high, spending is out of control, and keep your hands off my Medicare. Too bad there's not a recipe to be found for actually doing anything, simple slogans haven't fixed any real problems lately.

ya, one should always have an agenda and not just blame the other side. They should learn it from the Dems, they not only hated Bush bad had solutions. End War, fix medical, clean environment, create jobs, stop job bleeding to China/India. You should always present solution to ppl and get elected.
Once you are in, well... its a different story, you don't have to really care about all the crap that you were shitting from you mouth anymore... once you are in you can go back to doing more of the same and blaming the other side!!!

The tea baggers would be dangerous if they weren't so stupid. It's hilarious (and tragic) to hear them rail against "goverment run healthcare" when half of them are on Medicare or in the VA system themselves. It would be interesting to see how many of them are on SSI or some kind of public assistance as well. It's hilarious to hear them rail against spending and call for budget cuts, when they would be the first ones to scream when they found out they would have to make sacrifices too. That's the way it always is. These people are mostly ignorant hypocrites and/or racists who are not going to stop attacking a black president no matter what he does. "Socialism"? They don't know what it means.

Constitution fucker, have you read it?

History fucker, have you read it?

The state's rights issue has been debated since the founding of the country. From the Federalist/Democratic-Republicans at the time of the revolution to the Civil War to the Tea Party of today. This is just another round of that battle.
